I need to replace the watercranes , but there are several pressure types. What waterpressure do i need?

Well, less than 50 psi, since the shutoff activates at that pressure, so I'm guessing that 30+ would be more than adequate.

However, if you wait a bit, an actual expert should be along soon.

What is a watercrane by the way? Some heavy machinery that lifts large faucets? A charming type of English waterfowl?

Yes, that would be the word that we use on this side of the Atlantic, but please don't apologize: despite watching Coronation St for many years, I still can't understand several of the characters on there. And likely vice-versa, too!

I suspect they're right hand thread, in US inch denomination pipe, rated for less than 150 pounds per square inch (US) which is about the higher end of domestic city water pressure. Don't know what that is in metric. That could be a real convoluted mess with reducers converting from US pipe to Metric faucets.
Aside, what's your electric, 50 cycle 220V? We use 60 cycle at about 120V for normal house functions.

Why not just buy a US or Canadian faucet? Even with mail costs, it couldn't be that expensive.

The only Dutch I know is Edam Gouda and Sabot( wooden shoes)
Interestingly that is where the word sabotage comes from. During the industrial revolution dutch workers protesting the mechanization of factories and facing job loss they threw there wooded shoes in to the machines to break them, hence sabotage. Useless trivia but where else could I use it.

And then i need to use a faucet that can be moved up and down like this

But this one is up to 3 bar = 43 psi so i need to know if i could use this faucet?

Well, I suppose you could install a higher-grade of pressure regulator that would be adjustable, and set it to a maximum of 40 psi.

That faucet does look a bit delicate though. however, I know that looks can be deceiving. Is it manufactured for use in residential homes?

Is your plan to have your faucet contained within the sink itself? The top of the sink folds down to cover the sink and the faucet (watercrane - I love it!)?

I have not seen that before. Brilliant.
