Water leak detector
While driving across Canada in my previous trailer we woke up to water on the floor. The leak came from a small hole on the water connection that had been caused by extended friction while driving.
I just installed a water leak detector in my new trailer. They are inexpensive and you buy a good one for $10 or an expensive one with all the bells and whistles
I installed a couple in my trailer. My favorite is the Honeywell RWD-41. It has a water detecting cord that you can snake around a wide area. The "Lyric" is similar, with WIFI.
I have 12 doberman water sensors in my AS. One at each common/likely c channel accumulation point. I also have additional ones under the galley sink, water pump and water heater. They have alerted me several times over the years to early leak detection.
