Exit 101, Hinton, OK. Red Rock Canyon State Park, a real unexpected place to camp before you get to Oklahoma City. Well worth the time and a beautiful place to stop.

"Red Rock Canyon State Park, located in west central Oklahoma near Hinton, is an outdoor adventurer's dream. With the backdrop of red canyon walls, visitors are invited to reconnect with the natural world while exploring the park's trails. Take a serene walk on one of the park's two nature trails, or enjoy a more strenuous hike through the rocky terrain on a hiking trail. Hikers can still see wagon wheel ruts left by settlers traveling to California, as the park was once a stop along the historic California Trail. "

If you like casino camping, the Hollywood Casino in Tunica (about a half-hour south of Memphis) is where I stay when I'm traveling through.

Mephis, TN, Mud Island. You can walk a scale model of the Mississippi River. It was a setting for a scene in the movie "The Firm". Also, Blues, Beale St, Graceland, and multiple other tourist attractions. St Jude's Children's Research Hospital is here.

In Memphis you can't visit the BBQ JTS with a tow. The agri center has a huge Rv pk. Not fancy but safe and functional. Look online. Rendezvous has great dry rub ribs. And is across the street from the Peabody motel and its legendary ducks. Central BBQ has the best BBQ nachos I ever ate and I have tried a few.. Have fun and enjoy Nashville.

Turn right at Morrilton, Arkansas, go over the river and up the mountain to Petit Jean State Park.
