In March we traversed CA, traveling through some of the best farmlands in America. There is a sense of order to the landscape; strawberry fields, vineyards and even oil production.
Disclaimer: These are amateur photos taken while riding; it's my challenge to capture an acceptable image of the landscape at 60 (+ -) mph, since that is how I usually see it. I also left in the reflections: a coffee cup here, the dashboard or steering wheel there. I enjoy remembering it all.
Neat pics, thanks for sharing. For what it is worth, amateur comes from the Latin amare which means love. So to do something as a amateur is to do it for love rather than money. Sorry, its a soap box thing.

Nice shots, I hope you still had both hands on the wheel!

Ha, that would have been funny - since I was riding shotgun
The strawberry field pic doesn't do the real ones justice - they were so fat and red and easily visible from the road. Yum, can't wait for strawberry shortcake.
