Smoky Mountain Trip

I'm aware of the many really nice camp grounds in & around the Pigeon Forge area & have decided to spend our week at a place called Up The Creek. It seems to fit the bill for our lifestyle & I'm wondering if any on the forum has stayed there & what's their opinion.

If it's the same place I'm thinking of, located sort of through a residential area off Apple Valley Road I think. Anyway, if it's the one I'm thinking of, we spent a week there October 2013 and really liked the location. Hookups were fine. We had our 25' A/S then (30'now). We enjoyed the stay and it was convenient to everything PF and Gatlinburg. I believe you will really enjoy camping in the PF area.

We go there all the time. It's small, but very well kept. A young couple run the place, and do an outstanding job!
