Can I ask a question... These panoramic front windows, do they get a lot of beating from debris and other "airborne" small object whilst on the road.. Or is this something not to worry about..
Pardon my ignorance.. I am trying to become educated here..
Thanks

Nope, we have had no problem in 20,000 miles...not to worry.

Enjoyed the photos. It looks like you had a great adventure. So what's next? New places or back for a second/third look at these?

Hasn't been a problem so far. I haven't seen anyone elses panorama windows with pits or cracks, yet. This spring, I'm going to install a Towtector. See link below.

The windows look like they are covered by removable (and repairable) plexi rockguards. These are a standard upgrade or add-on on most Airstreams.

Great pictures! Makes me want to head west again. Last couple of trips have been east as in East Texas and New York. My wife and I rode the train
(Amtrak) in Oct 2006 from San Antonio to New York City via Chicago and Niagra Falls. This was before we purchased our first Airstream in August 2007,(a 1993 30' Excella.)
