the bridge upper deck will be redone over the next two years at night. the upper level is where trucks and trailers must travel. the normal 5-8 mile delays will continues during the days.

Aren't they also about to commence rebuilding the Tappan Zee Bridge further up the river? If both were shut down, I think I'd reconsider any requests or plans to visit the other side of the river indefinitely...
