Home from Co. off to Canada

We had a great trip to Steamboat Springs, Co. The weather was perfect
and John built a nice rock patio for the Bambi to sit on. From the"Boat" we
went to Co. Springs for a Airforce reunion . John was a Flight Surgeon with
the 526th FIS Sqd. at Ramstein AFB in Germany. He was also a Orthopaedic
Surgeon at the Airforce Academy. It was a fantastic time. We toured the
Academy with lunch at the "O" club. The Chapel is a real marvel and soooo
beautiful. We then had a tour of the Garden of the Gods. Y'all should see
this if you are ever in the area, awesome! We then had a tour of the museum
at Peterson AFB and the guys all had some good lies about the aircraft they
flew and it was interesting to view all of these airplanes. We then had dinner
at the "O" club and afterwards the AF Academy band played all the old Glen
Miller songs for us. What a fun time!
Now we are off to Canada for a couple weeks,first Glacier NP then on up to
Banff, Lk Louise & Jasper. We have done this trip before but it is so beautiful
looking forward to seeing it again. Happy Trails, John & Betty

Have a great trip to Canada.The Jasper,Lake Louise & Banff trip is my alltime favorite drive.The scenery is breathtaking but having been there before it explains why you are returning.Have a safe journey.
