Insl-X Stix Waterborne Bonding Primer

Just curious if anyone that has painted the vinyl clad walls in their trailer has used the Insl-X Stix Bonding Primer. The manager of our local Benjamin store recommended this for use as a primer. He said it was a urethane acrylic and is very aggressive bonding to just about anything. I've used BIN primer with shellac in the past with good success but know nothing about this product. A paint contractor happened to be in the store and spoke very highly of STIX.

Sorry, not used it on the liners, but I can go dribble some on a scrap piece of liner and see if it bonds?

I used STIX as prime coat on Olympic MDO 3/4" sign plywood I used to refloor my '73 project trailer then put 2x each of porch primer & paint - very nice handling paint.

I have temporary countertops in our house kitchen that were mock-ups made out of compressed fuzz particle board that have turned almost permanent - they've been coated a couple of times with STIX w/ no top coat and I'm very impressed, get a drop on a dirty sink wall and it is there for years.

With prior proper prep - spic'n span and bristle brush and copious rinsing - I think it would be great. STIX is filled with talc dust and it heals texture and levels nicely...
