Vertical Curved Rib Replacement

I am the proud owner of a 1952 Silver Streak Clipper. The last occupant liked windows so much he had 5 on the street side. So, during this "retrofit", they removed or cut up quite a few of the vertical ribs which are curved to follow the body shape. I am attempting to re-create those curved ribs.
I am using 0.30" 5052 T 32 for material. I have a HF 30" brake for bending the C section. So, in the day, how did the factory make all those beautifully curved ribs? Has anyone made a jig for doing this? I tried some ideas but end up totally wrecking the C shape.

The best way to reproduce curves is by using a shrinker/stretcher.

Ron Covell, the guy who made the video is world renown.

If you go to the 4:55 point in the video you can see how a channel can be bent using this tool.

I used one of these to rebuild the rear c channel in my trailer.

If a person uses one of these for aluminum, aluminum jaws must be purchased.
