20' Long rub-scratch

Im looking at an Airstream, a 2008 28' Int. Its listed for a great price, Im thinking it because of this rub-scratch, can it be buffed out?

I've never polished the newer style material used, but scuffs are really hard to buff out, if possible at all. I'm guessing that if it were removable they'd have done it to sell for more $$$, but I reserve the right to be 100% wrong.

Panel replacement?

Hi, I think it is time for some creative graphics or decal work. List price, minus cost of panel replacement, versus normal discount; Is it really a good deal?

Those decals look great, I was dreaming last night about it, I could tape off in the form of flames with auto body pinstipe tape, mask off the rest of area, and take it to a place who could lightly sandblast the flames, then peel it off and then mask area gain and hit it with some clear coat to protect it. But only if I can get the trailer for 30K ! I doubt they would let it go for that.

I left a message on needing more info, Ill ask about the "scratch heard around the World" and the table missing. Ill put the bug in his ear about what Im willing to pay for it. Colorado is a long drive from Chicago, but for the right price! Im pretty creative!
