Help no lights

Ok I went to pack the AS this evening and the ac kicked on but no interior lights. The outlet seem to all work as well. I checked the fuses and none appear blown. What am I missing?

With a $10 voltmeter, you can check to see if you are getting +12V at the input to the fuse box. If you are, then:

Closely check the fuses for the pink and yellow wires in the fuse box. Check and tighten (if necessary) the screws holding in the wires for those circuits.

If you aren't getting +12V at the entry to the fusebox, then listen carefully to the Univolt (the other end of the case which contains the fuse box). If it is humming, then it may be working. If it isn't, check that it is getting 120VAC at its input (using the same voltmeter).

Keep poking around until you find something unplugged, turned off, blown, or otherwise non-conductive.

Check the common/ground (negative terminal) of the battery. Also where the negative (common/ground) battery cable connects to the skin of the trailer. There may be a fuse in this wire as well.
If you read 12 volts at the light fixture with the meter it may be a bad connection on the negative side of the circuit and you get a voltage drop when you turn the light on. But the meter won't load the circuit enough to cause the drop.
Do you have a good battery?
You may also have bad fuse holders or bad fuses. If the fuses are lose, they could have slowly cooked themselves and the link becomes detached from the end cap. The fuse looks good, but really isn't.

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.
