There will be a battery isolation switch, normally a solenoid with a rotary switch but sometimes just a household 120 VAC toggle.
Your 12 volt lights and appliances won't work til you find it.

my 77 Sovereign had no switch but did have the big glass fuses 50amp or 30amp I can't remember which but they looked good but were bad, replaced them and clean fuse connection up a bit and 12v worked fine.

Come to think of it, I had same experience on a '76 Safari 23. Big 30 amp cartridge shaped fuse.

There isn't a wiring harness per se.
There is 120 VAC wiring from the breaker box in the rear of your trailer that is only hot when you plug into shore power,
And there is 12 VDC wiring from the DC distribution panel (where you found the fuses) to all the the 12 volt lights, and appliances (furnace, fans, water pump, etc,)
The point where 120 VAC and 12 VDC meet is at the converter-charger, in your case an elderly Univolt that needs to be yanked out and replaced with a Iota DLS-55.
P.S. You still have not found the 12 volt isolation switch.
Wish I was there to help.

Are you sure you have power to 12v fuse panel? What about that isolation switch?
You'll learn the ins and outs of your trailer before you know it. It is frustrating when the simple things don't cooperate.
How bout adding some pictures of the various things so when can see what's going on. I'm no expert but always willing to share what little I know.

I don't have the isolation switch myself so I don't know either. Click on the person you want to PM and you'll see where you can pm that person, usually at the bottom of the page.
Great pictures by the way.
I would double check power to fuse panel with a test light or meter.

Have you put a battery charger on the batts that you found? They may or may not be charging from the 110 AC . An outside charger will assure that they get charged. This may help get the 12 volt system going.
I am a newbie here also. So my suggestions are with out any vintage AS experience.
Cool story of discovery. Good luck with your new trailer, keep us posted on the progress.
Cheers Richard

My 77 Sovereign also does not have an isolator switch... at least none that I have ever found. I had issues with my panel having burnt connections, wires hanging, and melted fuse holders. I rebuilt the panel completely with 2 new fuse blocks and 2 heavy duty 50 amp LED fuse blocks that they use in high end auto audio systems. Now every circuit is working perfectly. Even my antiquated Airstream control panel is all lit up. Prior to me changing out the panel, things only worked sporadically.
I also picked up an intelligent charge controller for the Iota 55 amp converter. Now all systems are a go.
