Re-introducing myself
Hi there,
I joined last summer, and have been lurking, we are hopeful that we've found THE TRAILER and will be officially Airstreamers this weekend! You may see some of my other posts with the beginning of all my questions. I thought I'd swing in and reintroduce myself. My hubby and I are self employed, nearly empty nesters, we've always been outdoorsy, but are yearning for a little more comfort, and a lot more options in wet weather. We have been camping in a truck top tent for the last year, great fun secure camping. But we are getting older and its not as easy as it used to be to monkey around, lol!
Hope to have lots more to chat about soon!

Welcome (again) and hopefully you will get your AS this weekend. We had a 2009 25' Ocean Breeze as our first AS and really enjoyed it. I'm sure you will enjoy yours as well.

Thanks ya'll. If inspection goes well on Friday it looks like our delivery date will be 10/31, which seems so far away now that its an actual possibility!

After many years of unfolding ourselves to get out of a small teardrop camper, my wife and I took the plunge a few months back and bought our first Airstream. What a huge step up! Welcome to the family- I'm sure you will find this site as informative and helpful as I do.

You guys, she's perfect!
2007 23' International Signature Ocean Breeze.
The size, the design, and the price we wanted. We've been looking, waiting, and dreaming for years. We went through the trailer with a fine tooth comb, helped out by a completely unbiased friend who came with. (Guess who now wants an Airstream? ��) We are so excited. Pick up date is Halloween, keep your fingers crossed that there are no hiccups between now and then.
Off to make camping reservations for next weekend!
