We are the Blankenship's from North Alabama. We are 15 year owners of our 1973 Argosy 24. She is in pretty good shape inside and out as we have repaired/replaced most all systems in the years we have owned her. She has been a labor of love that the entire has enjoyed and will for years to come.

Can you post some more pics of the bunk bed, I'd like to build something similar in my safari.

The bunks are original 1975 Argosy. They are aluminum framed with a 3/8 sheet of plywood for the base.

We got lucky to get the set we have. The donor was a 1975 argosy 28. It was listed for sale locally and mentioned the bunks in the ad. I called and tried to buy the bunks but the owner wouldn't separate them from the trailer. When the trailer sold the new owners didn't want the bunks! Lucky us! Got both bunks and all of the mounting hardware for 200.00. Feel like we stole them!
