My Airstream
I'm not sure yet where I'm supposed to post all my rants and raves yet, but My Airstream is the coolest thing I've ever owned. I'm glad I ended up with a Vintage '68.

I'm not real good at taking before pictures, but this is today after the AS's first bath (even if it was a quick scrub/power wash) in 6 years. I hope the dirt wasn't holding it together.

You'll find out if the dirt held it together the first trip down a bumpy ( means NJ ) road.
Lookin Good.

Please tell us the story about how you found it.
Some pictures of the inside would be nice too.
Welcome.

That's a nice looking trailer. If the inside is like outside, you got a good one.

Looks like a lucky trailer (has been well cared for and loved). I'm sure you will lavish same.
Love to see the inside.
Have fun!

Wow,
that really cleaned up nice. Amazing how things that are considered work to others, is easy to do with a passion.
Keep sending us updates and welcome to the Airstream Family.

Some pictures of the inside. I removed the old stick on linolium floor to make way for some laminate. No issues with the floor except a small spot from the refrigerator vent cover being broken. My wife (I've been trying to get her to join the forum) ordered a new mattress. Any suggestions on where to get curtains?

It looks very good.
Back in 1996, I purchased drapes for my Vintage from: J. P. Ambruso
Drapes For Airstream and Argosy Trailers
They were beautifully well made to original specifications.

The trailer looks lovely! Congratulations on your new baby.
Some of the nicest curtains we have seen have been handmade. If you have a bit of sewing talent, or know someone who does, fabric options are endless and can beautiful customize the inside to your personal preferences.
