Looks like a couple of other people have just joined from WA in the last few days as well.
Well, HI there. I'm Kevin, and I've been gearing up to returning to a full time RV lifestyle. Years ago I traveled and lived in Vans, cars and just with a tent and a thumb. Now that I'm older and a little more interested in comfort I've been looking towards camper trailers.
I've always loved the older airstreams and am currently on the hunt for a (under 30') 2 axle trailer in usable condition that can hopefully have me on the road before I have to live through another Washington winter. I'm leaning towards a 60's/70's one in fairly good shape because I like the style and less weight that they seem to offer.
if you're looking for learnin' - you've come to the right place. We're newbies too, and the amount of info here, well ... it's overwhelming and highly, highly helpful.
Good luck on your Airstream hunt, we found ours locally, but she's a newer version (late 90's). Couldn't be any more pleased, and she ain't heavy ...
And welcome to the forum - if you don't be careful, you'll spend all day here
Wendy
