Stovetop lid brackets?

Hi,
I LOVE my kitchen, but...My stovetop lid is missing the brackets/arms/chains (?) that hold the lid up when the stove is in use. Currently, the lid opens all the way back, flat, over the counter into the entry.
Can someone please take a photo of the brackets/arms/chains that hold the lid up/open when in use? (I can't imagine, with all of the other practical considerations of the layout, that the lid would have been made to flop open into the entry.)
I have no idea what it was originally, but there are holes indicating something might have done the job. Any suggestions on where to find them or how to make something would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Karen

What is the year and model of your trailer? Do you know what brand the appliance is? We purchased the fancy new Dometic stove/oven recently but still have the 1979 magic chef. If someone else has replaced an appliance like yours, they may be able to help with parts.

Sorry, I forgot the mention the classified section. If you post with all the pertinent info and some pics you might get a fairly quick response from someone who has the parts from an old appliance.
