Replace stovetop with stove/oven combo - 73 Sovereign

My stovetop has 2 working burners, 1 need few parts, 1 missing bunch. Is it worth the effort to replace the stove top with a stove/oven and remove wall mounted oven and install a MW? Looks like I would have to install a new countertop in the process; cut the shelf out below.

I have a similar model, and as well as everything you listed, I'm pretty sure that I'd also have to replace/move the furnace. But I'd love to have a good sized MW right by the cooking area...

The PO removed the heater. She was setting the trailer up fro a perm res in FL. Just this weekend, I installed a Wave 8 heater on the side of the cabinet. We don't winter camp and the Wave will do nicely for fall and spring camping.

The Wave 8 is a catalytic ventless propane heater with 4200-7600 BTU range. No smell, no noise when operating. Price range is all over the place on the web: Propane Heaters for RVs - Olympian Wave

Did you want to repair the one you have or you've decided to go new?

I may have one for you from a wrecked 73 that you could part out if you want me to check and see if it's still available.

Ganglin,

Fixin' the old would be just fine and would eliminate the remodeling required for installing a new oven. A convection oven would do all DW requires.

Just about everything on the stove top could be used. Thanks!
