I have the Sharp in my Safari 25. It is mounted under the cooktop. You have to get your eyes even with the display to read it. First chance I get I'm going to ditch it and the cooktop and replace them with a stove oven combo. If I can find a small Panasonic Inverter that will fit over the fridge I'll put one in. I have one at home and love it.

I don't like the location of my convection microwave under the counter down low. I have to bend over to put food in or take food out. I would rather it be mounted up high like in our previous trailer and like in the house.

It really boils down to personal preference. I ordered the Sharp Microwave/Convection in lieu of the standard oven. Mistake. I hated everything about that oven, mostly its overly complex operation. And, I missed a regular oven. Eventually, I pulled out the Sharp, installed a regular oven and had room underneath for a Cuisinart SS Microwave/Convection. Yes, you have to get on the floor to use it...but i pretty much had to do that with the Sharp. I don't think a microwave/convection can replace a plain old thermal oven for baking. Opinion, I suppose.

A Dometic standard microwave was provided in our rig. After few weeks a major failure happen and our dealer agrees to let me the replacement by my self. I replace it with a Panasonic inverter/convection unit. Fully satisfied: Easygoing software GUI, plenty of power and in premium the door hinges are located on the bottom of the unit instead of the right side. Easier access to the unitů
