Don't forget to bring the barking rat like yap yap dogs that stay in the trailer and NEVER STOP BARKING for any reason. Oh and don't forget to bring the BIG SCREEN TV. Welcome to camping in Alabama on any 3 day weekend. Staying drunk is your only defense.

Funny you should mention big screen TVs. They bought one and put it in their front storage compartment facing out. Every time they go outside they have that TV blasting so loud I can here it over mine, indoors with the AC on and it's always playing informercials for oldies records.

You can't buy class, although they think they have. Bigger, gaudier, and more junk per square inch than the law should allow. It's about time for another move. I can feel the itch. (might just be bed bugs migrating from next door)

LOL! Good ol' Eddie. One of my favorite movies. I watch it annually.

Well, I am visiting my parents for the next few weeks so the only crazy neighbors I have are blood relatives. I installed a 30 amp outlet in their garage a few years ago so I have full electric power and water when I am there. I just have to drive 5 miles to dump the black tank occasionally. It is good to be away from the Nightmare Next Door for a while. Actually forever. I will never park there again.

That's the beauty of being a fulltimer. If you don't like your neighbors just move.

Great rules. I think I stopped by the sister campground you mentioned near Ocala, FL a couple of months ago while traveling. It must have had at least several of your rules because the first thing I saw pulling in besides falling apart RV's was a rather overweight lady in a motorized wheelchair using an oxygen bottle and smoking at the same time. There were the beer can wind chimes, cars on blocks, and just about every other redneck stereotype you could think of.

I did one loop and left to find another campground. Didn't stop to read the rules. On the way out one of the residents looked at me with the look from the "you've got a purty mouth" guy on Deliverance, lol.

You can add another rule:
Please leave no barriers or obstructions within your paid campsite so that others may walk through freely and at will, and or be able to knock on your door at all times to request a tour of your airstream because they didn't know they started making them again.

You could create an anti-neighbors to-do list! Or would that be a have no neighbors list?

I'd offer up one suggestion: we know of Boy Scout leaders (and yes I mean plural) who when camping with family have bought used tubas that they put on the table in the campsite. It always makes the sites next to them be the last ones chosen!
