Roof Cleaning
I don't want to make a rookie mistake on this one. What have you done successfully, and maybe unsuccessfully, to clean the roof of a MH parked under trees (not pine) please?
I cleaned mine just a few days ago but with the Skydeck it is different anyhow but I purchase a Ryobi pressure washer and it did a good job . Cleaned well with the soup and follow up with the straight pressure blast.

I just power washed my airstream trailer a couple weekends ago. My power washer is no fancy expensive machine and it has different spray pattern tips for different tasks. I'm thinking most probably have a similar approach but I don't know. I was able to apply soap to the trailer with the low pressure tip which basically runs at the same pressure as the hose supplied input from my house. The middle pressure tip is what I used to rinse it off and I stood with the spray tip at least 5-6' away from the trailer for rinsing. The roof is not that hard to reach using a ladder however waxing the roof is a challenge. I have been told not to use a ladder which rests against the trailer side however I have seen people use dense foam "pool noodles" to cushion the ladder if that is the only type ladder you have. If you keep the water spray at a 90 degree angle to the surface of the trailer you should not have to worry about forcing water between seams. Be careful of vents however.
Leaning a ladder the trick is to balance and not put a lot of weight on the motorhome. If your weight is all going down you should be OK, but aluminum skin can crush and tear easily. All you need is to enlarge a rivet and you now have a leak.
Not sure what pressure mine runs I think it said 1600psi it is a cheap Ryobi one for $119 did not expect any good results but worked better on then expected.
