MicroPulse monitor stopped reading water tank

Hi, my 2005 landyacht MicroPulse monitor worked when I got it. Filled water tank, and now it skips the water and reads the rest perfectly. Catcon products website says sender available online soon, but no help.
Did I need a sender, a new wire or a new board or new unit? And where to buy it?

OK, no help from MicroPulse, guess I will order complete new monitor for 125 dollars and that will get me the part I need, whatever that turns out to be.

How do I get the sharp microwave out to get to the back of the monitor?

Have you checked the connector at the tank?
