Where can I get a printed Owners Manual?
One did not come with my purchase

They must have changed because our 2015 came with a nice quality Airstream-branded soft briefcase with organizers for all the component manuals and
main owners manual.

I called Airstream and they said they would mail one out.
The Dealership said the wasn't a printed manual.

I can email you a digital copy, PDF, if you will send me your email address. Keep all my owners manuals on an old ipad that I keep in the Bambi. Its easier than a bunch of books.

Did you receive a bunch of printed brochures for all your appliances, pumps, etc. etc.? Normally as another poster said, these are all supplied in a small attache case, along with an owner's manual with a spiral binding.

If you received nothing like this, I would be shocked.

At a minimum, there should be warranty cards to fill out for various items like the air conditioner, fridge, microwave, LP range/burners, etc..

What was your dealer's name and location please.

I purchased 2016 Sport 16 and received a printed owners manual
along with specific manuals for fridge, heater, etc.

Every Airstream our dealership has ever sold new has had what looks like a laptop bag, with all manuals for the trailer.The older ones had a bound paperback book-looking manual prior to the bag, and before that there was a group of manuals for the appliances and equipment installed in the trailer. It should also have a copy of the Newbies Guide.
