I have recently ordered my new 430 R Seal Tech RV Leak Finder from Canada. If anyone is interested in having their rig checked for leaks, I may bring it with me. I am starting a local business to travel to people's homes with RV to hunt down leaks. Seems to be a need for it big time.

The when is Aug 15th-17th in Milan at KC campground. We are glad to have you. You just need to call the campground to see if there are any spots left. Then let us know if you are coming!

Do we have a somewhat accurate count on the number of folks attending this year? That might be handy for guestimating how many drinky drinks to make........I'm frantically searching for a yummy drink recipe, but so many sound too "fru fru". Don't want the newbies to get the impression we're sissies. Maybe we'll just bring the bourbon. And cigars!

My best guess is somewhere around 35 adults. And about 10 children just in case your making Shirley Temples! No cigars for them.
I think I've picked my drink. It's called White Trailer Trash. It seemed fitting!LOL

I think I'm likely to be solo ... the DW might come along, maybe not. I may need a little advice for the potluck thing.
And I'm in site 24, right next to Roger (or so the KC folks say).
As to drinks, I'm not too good at the mixed drink thing. I'll probably bring some Scotch and a few bottles of champagne. Maybe quite a few.
I'm interested in Steve's "Leak Finder." What sort of leaks does it find? Water? LP? I don't think I've ever lost a leak so that I needed to find it again. And I don't think I've ever moved any or put them anywhere, but I seem to have recall taking a few ... so to speak.

As all of you know..."They all leak"
This device sucks air in from a vent, and pressurizes the cabin. You then spray soapy water on the exterior. Where it bubbles...it leaks. Fix the leaks...no more issues.
I am starting a local business where I go to peoples homes so they don't have to hook up and bring the RV to me. Only two places do it in town for the cost of $150 to just hook up the machine and point out leaks, to $350 for the hookup and three tubes of sealant.
Just was curious, I don't have to bring it if there isn't any interest.

Actually, this sounds quite interesting. And a useful thing to be able to do. But I expect to be totally indolent while at KC. I would like to hear more about it - will try to look you up and chat.

Steve, if you bring the leak detector, you can try it out on our A/S. Don't bring it just for me, though. Not sure if I want to know how bad our '64 leaks.

Hey, if you're bringing Scotch can you change to site #2?

This is a little late, I've been out of touch for a few days. I don't think the races at MIS will be a problem. If KC got much race traffic, they would have never let the group in. A lot of the campgrounds in the area weren't full for the June race, and thats the usually the bigger turnout of the two races. Some people may have a problem getting home Sunday, but depending on when you get around Jackson either going Kazoo and points west or going north on 127, again around Jackson, it won't be a problem either. DON'T go on US 12 after 3:00, stay on the 4 lanes. I75, US23, I94 going south or east will be ok, stay off 12. Sound like the numbers are down, but the quality sounds good. I'm jealous. Send us the recipe for white trailer trash, sounds like me. I'm gonna slink off and mope for a while

Hi Gang,
Man, it doesn't take too long for this thread to start going south. Sorry we can't join you guys. Going to the U.P. for a family reunion.
Good Luck on the breakfast at 5 A.M. Rhonda has a hard time coming to breakfast at 8 A.M. when I'm cooking the grub. Holy s**t, going to bed early is against our rules and we don't even have any. I might have to fly in to show Mike how to stay awake and leave.
Have fun and sorry to have to miss all of you.

No problem Roger. I will probably be done by trailer 3 or 4 since I don't partake very often. The children will never allow me to sleep off a hangover and I don't like to suffer.
