Spot #80 - Charity Auction!
The link to the auction is on the web site:
Baker's Acres of Chenango
Goes through 4 April.
Also, remember, there is a WDCU flag for charity on Ebay.. just search WBCU WBCCI.. all proceeds from it go to the BASH charity.
Enjoy!

If one wins, might one pick it up at the bash in lieu of paying shipping?

Hey Rob:
any chance you can make it publicly viewable what the bid is up to for the 80th spot? It might incite more bidding...???

If you look over Mr Perkins head (wearing the hat) you are looking at South Carolina on a clear day. That view is worth the journey without a doubt...

I listened to theVAP while on a long drive today. I think next years bash name is an excellent choice.
I hope that Dick Perkins will be able to have the 55' WBH on display this year as well. Hi Dick! Don't sell that trailer to Rob...... I want it!

It will be front and center. But Gary, don't covet it too much because I have been begging him to sell it to me for a couple years now, so get in line. I wrote about the trailer if you care to read...

As someone else's byline sez'
GET OUT OF THE WAY HIPPIE!
Since it is going to be at the bash, at some point maybe you could add some of those great sepiatone photos of the Holiday that you put on another thread here. Nice....and, how did you do that?

I would actually like to do a portrait of every trailer with it's occupants at the Bash. I think that would make a very cool photo documentary.
Could ya bring a white shirt and red tie for yours Gary? Maybe the Missus could wear one of those going to church dresses....

Check this out
While you're here at the bash, I highly recommend stopping in and visiting this museum, about 5 miles from the farm - 1 red light!
Enjoy!

I will do that and after six yrs. in the club it will also be a first. The ceremonial events requiring red ties has me going in the opposite direction. Church has the same effect. Jane will bring a few vintage 60's dresses. Also not appropriate for church.
But you will have to provide a few bodyguards or at least a fire extinguiser.
I do have the same jacket as worn by this dashing fellow in this photo below....which I hope to replicate staged in current photos someday.
