We sent a broadcast email to all WBCCI members in Region 3 with the rally details. Hope everyone got it. If you’re a WBCCI member in Region 3 and didn’t get it, PM me with your email address and I’ll get it to you.

Good point. I’ll do that later today. Off to church now.

Rally Information

I've added more information about the Rally on the calendar here in the forums. Go to the calendar, jump to April 2018, and click on the rally date(s).

I couldn't figure out how to attach a file to the calendar entry, so I've attached the Rally Booklet Proof Pages to the next post.

We’ll be coming to Ocean Lakes as well as Urban Air. It’s shaping up to be a great spring!

Eric and Donna just booked site 3140 (just in time because they said only a few left). We are excited to be able to attend another Rally with Rita. We love Ocean Lakes and I am sure we will enjoy all the planned activities with some great folks!

We have WATER FRONT sites reserved at Ocean Lakes Family Campground for the entire week although the rally officially runs Wednesday through Sunday. You may come early and stay late, but you must make your own reservation with the Campground. Susan and I will be there for the entire week and would love to have you join us.

When you call the campground reference Airstream Region 3 Rally.

Details will be posted soon on the Region 3, WBCCI website.

We will have seminars, group therapy sessions, great food, plenty of exploration time, entertainment, and tons of fun, all on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. And of course, RITA will make a guest appearance.

This is Region 3's annual rally but you need not be a member of R3, or even a Club member, to attend. ALL Airstreamers are welcome.

In case you are curious, Region 3 is made up of Virginia, NC, SC, Georgia, and all but the panhandle of Florida. We are the Clubs largest Region.

Come join us....You will like it.

John...1VP Region 3

John, we’ll be at Site I-02. Does Rita need us to bring anything?

Donna and Eric....you have been MIA too long, glad to have you joining us again.

Ron....also glad to have you joining us again, this time at the beach.

Rita says hello to everyone and always welcomes a cheap date.

Ron....Rita is not picky and is a cheap date, she is quite happy with the bottom shelf fuels. Hosea is a favorite.

She says hello and sends her best

John,

I have been thinking of adding a easy start on my a/c. Is there anyone going to be at rally to install one or maybe just get some help with installation? I am not an electrician.

Mike.

Hey Mike, no one coming that I know of that can handle the easy start for the AC. Ocean Lakes has a good service department and might be able to help. I'm not an electrician either. My motto: ....2 wires hook'em up, 3 wires mess'em up.

My question...If the easy start is so good, why is it not factory installed??

Region 3 rally....Myrtle Beach, SC

Probably because it costs money...and therefore eats into Thor’s profit. (Being cynical right now, sorry)

It is nice to have but not necessary for most streamers.
