Blanco Christmas Airstreamers - I have two spots in the park that I can not use as something came-up. Last year was my first year and I am just sick that I can not make it. Let me know if someone needs these spots - The first night is already and the second night will need to be paid when checking in - All I ask is that you donate the first nights fees that I already paid to the fund the group will be collecting for the park. Please PM your info and I will transfer the reservation - first come - I will post when they are spoken for. Thanks - Sorry I will miss this - Safe travels and Merry Christmas to all!

We had a great turn out for the Friday evening Potluck and Raffle.
We raised $400.- to benefit Blanco SP via "the friends of Blanco State Park".
Thank you everyone for the awesome food, good company and fun raffle contributions.
Special thanks to Roseanne and Cannonball for making this evening so much fun! We had to drag Bruce in from running laps around the park to help us with the raffle, so we can assume his knee replacement went very well.
Today we will join the Blanco Christmas parade with 3 richly decorated entries, hoping for the rain to hold off until later tonight.

Thanks to Peter for setting up this "rally/non-rally". We had a great turnout. I counted 18 rigs in the Park. As Peter mentioned, we raised $400 for the Friends of Blanco State Park. The funds have been turned over to the head park ranger at the park, who is also a member of the Friends. She mentioned that she had spoken to the head person, and they are very excited about our donation. I believe that they will be sending a thank you note. I just gave them my address, and when I receive the note, I will scan and post it on this thread.

Thanks again to everyone for their participation and generosity.
