Potluck
Thanks. I'll sign up there. I'll definitely bring a table as well. A breakfast potluck sounds like a good idea too. See you all at 29 Palms!

I'd be up for breakfast.
I can bring lots of pancake mix if someone has a griddle.
I'll be one of those stumbing toward the potluck with coffee mug firmly planted in hand already...

I'm trying to get on the base to check out the UAV squadron. They are flying a vehicle I am somewhat familiar with. And I would like to see what kind of Marines are involved with the program, So it's a long shot but I'm looking into it. If I am able to show up I will bring my own tent or sleep in the forester. thanks all. I'm definately doing the Cassinni thing this spring tho.

We cancelled our trip to Florida to care for our oldest pooch. So, we'll just start the 7 weeks in SoCal and AZ a bit sooner than planned. Glad that we will be able to join in the festivities in 29 Palms.
Hope to get some good photo ops in Joshua Tree NP while there. Any other photographers in the group interested in an excursion there?

What Cassini thing? Can we be invited? We're feeling very left out after having to unsignup for this chance to go to our 1st rally.
And mention of photo treks to Joshua Trees is just too painful...

We haven't been, but I believe the standard NorCal Rally for spring is to Cassini. Someone with more info should be posting your answer soon. When we all came back from Lake San Antonio and starting posting about going to 29 Palms, there was a lot of talk about the Cassini trip. Ron

Ron,
I'm guessing that you've been to Joshua Tree before. In that case, I'll be tagging along with you. I'm pumped--it's one of those "must see" National Parks on my list.
