ALL of the picture posts are great.....even DGs. This thread has lasted past 'the event' more than some past ones, a testament to the great time we all had. Those of you that didn't get signed up for the 'Rancheria' rally in October, get on a waiting list. That rally will also be one not to miss.

The previous photo DOES NOT do justice to the level of orange in that coat and hat! Trust me!
But speaking of orange, here is the requisite shot that every 'streamer takes when crossing the GG Bridge.

What little was left was on our picnic table on Monday. Since even the crows were no longer interested in it I threw it in the garbage bin.

Hey you two! We've been trying to get to Casini for a couple of years, sorry we missed you two and everyone else. We going to see you up here this summer or in Ajo/Flagstaff this fall? All the best, Mike & Judy.

Yes, it was Roxie doing the photography. I was remiss in stating that but you have calmed all around the house now.

Finally sat down long enough to download from the camera, then upload to the Internets tubes: some photos are at https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/sred...yKA&feat=email
I can't find a suitable editor to downsize & post on the forum, so just click & go!

Update on the legend of the exploding battery (driving the TerraYacht to Casini, one of the house batteries exploded with BIG bang on 101 just before the River Road exit, blew off half the top of the battery):
I checked voltage on the system, even tried different inputs, not expecting any delta: plugged in, generator, engine alternator, everything showed about 13.5v.
I went out a few minutes ago, no charging going on, and one of the 3 exposed cells has cloudy looking electrolyte and is STILL bubbling--with no external charge.
No open flames, since the bubbling "may" be hydrogen...my repair guys are busy until friday for replacement.
with all the H2, this may be a breakthrough to provide a source for a fuel cell, we could market this as a hybrid battery, jump on the alternative market.

This sounds way way too similar to Buttercup's issue at the Norcal Jackson Rancheria last October.
