Found this friday nite on my full moon paddle! Went back to get a few snaps in the daylite. 12 sites, H2O, 120V, dump 1/8 mile away.On a small peninsula- water on 3 sides for those of you from Rio Linda.Could be fun for a fill in place next summer. Any thoughts?

sorry to hear michael can't make the rally. well there's always the next one.

neil- i don't think you will have any problems with extra nights during the week especially in october. but you could call the office to tell them that you are staying extra nights if you wanted confirmation.

Let me know of your intended dates. We are able to stay at the group rate for 2 days prior and 2 days aft of the Rally. Hopefully you can make a decision by 10 sept. This would allow you to stay in the same site and not have to move!

Zug- I'll handle it for you when I send in the final number of sites needed on 10 sept, I see you figured out how to use the reservation feature on the screen that pops up when you click on the rally at the bottom of the forum home page.
Neil, same goes for you- planning on getting there early again huh!
Seeing as there has been no interest in dancing or croquet- may I suggest a donut dunking/bobbing contest!! You know fill a big tub with milk, float a bunch of donuts on it and the person that snags the most in -say 15 seconds - is the winner!!

TKNELLE --- just back tonight from weekend @ the Rancho. Campground built without any concern to ever making a profit. $29 per night & discounts for AAA, gamblers club, etc, etc. SUPER clean, no dust, beautiful setting. Did have some problems with Yahoo map directions the last 10 miles. Will double check & get back to group.

Unfortunately we will not be able to attend this Rally

We had such a great time at our first rally w/you all at Casini - and we definitely want to join up with you in the Spring!

We haven't responded sooner since we've been trying to find a way to make it work with our schedules - but no go this time.

Looks like this is going to be a great rally - we'll be there in spirit!

Agree map from Ranch-o-rita site on message # 21 is better than either MapQuest or Yahoo Map. Basically just get to Jackson & follow signs.
Did notice an Excella across the way & a triple-flagged AS way down the other end ... would that little bird have been in the Excella or the flag flapper?
We are trying to schedule to stay Thurs night, 10/9 --- leaving Monday, 10/13 to miss Bay area Friday & Monday traffic. Would be nice not to have to move if that little bird could provide a clue as to the reserved sites?

Tom & Elle- The little bird will not know what sites will be available till 10 sept or maybe even a week after that. I'm trying for a group of sites out on the end of the peninsula, far away from the pool area. That way we can block the street off for the mega hopscotch event. I see you're a burb man- thats a good thing!I'll add you to the list of early arrivals that way you will not have to move. Unless of course unless you're in my spot! And leave the spot next to the latrine for the winner to be announced later! are you listening Lynn? lol
