Anyone got a nice spot in tenn for an early June get away rally?
Not in Tenn but close... Desoto State Park in NE Alabama is very nice. We've camped there a few times. There's lots to do in the area, Mentone and Fort Payne are near by.

Facility Details - SEVEN POINTS (TN), TN - Recreation.gov

Small campground with large lakefront sites, nice swimming area, boat ramp, very clean and quiet. We were there about two years ago, after the clean up and restoration work from the Nashville flood. Located about 15 minutes outside of Nashville.

Calhoun Falls SP is just across the bridge from Richard Russell in SC, on Lake Russell. The crown jewel of SC state parks. Built by the Corps, run by the state.

I would like to try Calhoun Falls too. I have a lot on Lake Russell at Craft Ferry area. Can't camp on it though it needs some paving or gravel..It was cleared and is right off the water. Hopefully one day!

Thought I would sneek in some info on the beach rally for next September. Looks like its going to be really good. We have 15 reserved sites already and have a few regulars that attend the fall rally that have mentioned going as well. I think we should have over 20 attending for our first beach rally. We're very excited. We have some great ideas and events planned to make this get together a very cool annual event. Sites still open if anyone else is interested.

Search "Hunting Island" state park (sept 6-7) loop 4 or anywhere close.
