Setting the location and tentative dates for the 2017 International Rally. I don't have my notes with me, but my memory is trying to tell me Escanaba, Michigan in the upper peninsula, and sometime late in July, perhaps the last week of the month— or the next-to-last week. Definitely not even beginning until well after July 5th.

Sorry Dwight, Protagonist is correct, Motion #9 was to approve the money so Richard could sign a contract for the 2017 IR.

There are three IBT meetings each year. The IBT is the governing body of the club / corporation. Each IBT does offer members a chance to voice their opinion and ask questions. These meetings are not a "fundraiser" for either the hosting Region or for the club. The cost of holding the meetings includes renting space, making copies, renting a stage, sound system, etc.

As a first time participant in a Mid-Winter IBT, I found the meetings cordial and productive. I would like to thank the ECC for streaming the meetings, as that has been my only means of participation in the past. I would also like to thank the volunteers from Region 9 who worked very hard to host the event. They did a great job.

The ECC doesn't have anything to do with the streaming, we just host the files. The streaming this year was done by John Boutwell, past president.

Bill right click on the download button/arrow, and Firefox will give you a Save Link As option, chose that and it will ask where you want to save it.

Damon,

Thanks, that seems to have worked, transferred to my IPod. Now I can listen on my daily commute.
