Does any one know where to get a pair of Zip Dee chairs. The original one from my 97 Excella are missing.

Thanks,

Any Zipdee or Airstream dealer should be able to get them for you.

Camping World sells Zip Dee chairs. Recommend the stainless steel over the aluminum. Should be able to order on-line.

Zip-Dee Inc...

Latest Camping World Master Catalog does not have any Zip Dee chairs, and I haven't seen them at our local CW store... They sell similar clone, but it's not the same...

Web site for Zip-Dee is: http://www.zipdeeinc.com/Accessories.html

You can call or e-mail and they'll refer to local dealer or sell over phone. Chairs come in Aluminum or Stainless, regular or wide, and about 10 choices of standard fabric, with or without embroidery... Prices are in neighborhood of $75+ per chair...

I'll be driving through Tucson next week. If my timing is right I'll stop by Oasis and take a look.

I was at Camping World earlier today and saw the "clones". Less than $30 each, but wonder it they will fold down like a Zip Dee for storage next to the couch in my trailer.

don't know where you can see them

besides at your local Airstream dealer in the Classic models. But here is a link. I have a booklet from them with all the fabrics available. You can get custom even embroideried monogram chairs. Zip Dee fabric is replaceable and a better build, but at over twice the cost of the knock offs. I like matching the awning, but then ours were included.

My experience with brown CW Clone chairs is that they fold flat for storage, but units with plastic arm rest pieces also fold flat while you're sitting in them.. Had several fail rather spectacularly with us or guests, and decided stainless Zip-Dee's worth the extra money... They come in all the colors to match awnings, including festive multiple stripes of white and light blue, or just plain royal or navy blue, or maroon, etc...

Proof that you get what you pay for. No CW clones for me!

I knew the awnings had a price increase...it appears the chairs did too. They are now $89.95 on Airstream's site (standard Blue Fancy) or $90 on Zip Dee's site (any Sunbrella color)...still worth every penny IMO.
