Propane Not Reaching Appliances
My 2009 Interstate suddenly lost propane to all appliances: generator, stove, furnace, water heater. I suspect the isolation solenoid. Where is that located? Also, should you be able to hear it transition when switching it on and off from the fill location? Any help would be appreciated.

Check the fuse in the 12V fuse panel under the sofa. On mine it's Circuit 6, 7.5 Amp fuse

the solenoid is at the outlet of the tank. I can hear a metallic clank when it turns on, but little noise when turning it off.

No, the tank is not empty. It displays 3/4 full on the electronic monitor and 1/2 on the tank dial. Just filled recently.

How is that solenoid accessed? From under the van?

On mine the solenoid is between the tank and the side of the van, just ahead of the box containing the macerator reel. Two wires go to it. Wires are small and exposed - maybe one of your wires is broken? Appears it would be easy to replace the solenoid(without having to remove the LPG tank) if it is in fact the problem. Good luck

I've restored 9 airstreams. On all but 2 there was splits in the propane gas lines...
Therefore, I've gone total electric with solar option,

I had the same issue on my 2011 interstate... the switch that is located at the exterior fill point was bad. I replaced the switch with a waterproof switch and have had no further issues. If you know how to use a meter, you can check the switch by measuring for 12 VDC at the propane solenoid valve on the propane tank.

Thank you. I'll try that.

rel - do you recall the mfgr/part number/vendor (Amazon?) of the replacement switch? I may order one as a spare - if the price is right.
Thanks

If it's not your shut off solenoid, perhaps your regulator has gone bad...

I'll check that too. Thanks. I suspect the solenoid or switch, as I cannot hear the solenoid transition when operating the switch.

Mine makes an audible click when the solinoid is turned on. No click, no gas. My switch went bad recently so I replaced it with a toggle switch I found at the hardware store.

Rel, thanks for your sage advice. It was in fact the rotary switch, the simplest of fixes.
