Sorry to see you have a window leak. My name is Jim and I work at Airstream. If you would provide me with your information I would be glad to call you directly.

IN short there are screws on the inside that you may be able to tightened and this may resolve the issue. However if not I would remove the window and make sure that the D-seal gasket is properly seating when window was installed.
