Interstate spotting

Who'd I see in Topeka KS driving their interstate today? It was about 2:15pm central on I-70 East on the west side of town. We were in our coach, waved and honked, but didn't see anything through the limo tint.

There is a thread for those questions, although it would be understandable if you didn't locate it, because there are well over a thousand Sprinter and B-Van threads with no organizational hierarchy, limited key word control, and nobody has made an entry into that other thread in the past six months or so. Anyway, FWIW, it's called Interstate Spotted.
