Just found-great towing guide!

The March/April issue of Camping Life contains a 50 page bonus booklet called Your Guide to Towing. Thinking it would tell us something magic about which truck to invest in, we bought the issue. The booklet is much better than that. It is filled with the answers to all the questions we have been wondering about but didn't quite know how to research! I kept repeating as I read through, "listen to this!" or "now I understand that!" Anyway, those of you who have years of experience with towing and know tow vehicle statistics inside out wouldn't need this. But for people like us who have learned just enough to be dangerous and are feeling kind of spooky about the whole towing business, it really does offer loads of important explanation: gear ratios, what they mean and how they work; weight distribution with illustrations that make sense; wiring diagrams even I could begin to understand. Anyway, if like us, you don't feel fully confidant with your understanding of towing big rigs and the mechanics involved, I recommend a purchase of this issue and a reading of the Towing Guide bonus booklet. It's staying in our tow vehicle, whatever we finally decide upon. Happy travels-and safer ones, perhaps, after reading this guide!
