Need help with 27' ft 1979 argosy

Hello,

I am looking to get info on converter/inverter/charger(thing-a-majig). I just bought an argosy and it does not have this thing. Can someone also help me in the meantime by telling me how to maybe get power to it via maybe a battery/battery charger type of set up? I am brand new to the whole thing so if someone can maybe transmit me all the knowledge i will ever need in this regard i will greatly appreciate it.
