After 25plus years of dependable service the old tug is worn out. Bought a new 07 chev silverado 2500hd LT Duramax/Alisson 6spd trans(I'm sooooo spoiled now). The trip was sublime, no problems and cushy. Spent 3days at the Tidelands again. My buddy with a minuet came along and a few tent friends. Here's a link to photos. Hi! Just wondering what you are using for a hitch setup on your new TV? Hope you will enjoy many more trips to the beach! Thanks for sharing your pictures. Carol
Being a little biased....
I love the new tow vehicle!
I work at a GM plant as a Controls Engineer so that may have something to do with my opinion.
The new Silverados are well thought out and well built. I am sure you will get years of fun and reliability from the truck.
Tell all of your family and friends how much you like your new truck.
Thanks to all.
The trailer hitch is a DrawTite with 10,000lb distribution bars. The truck tows so stable no need for sway bar.
The TideLands is on Copalis beach on the Washington coast. Here's a link. Tidelands Resort
The new Silverados' are truly cowboy cadillacs. A real joy to drive.
