Sewage tank capacity?

Does anyone know the sewerage tank capacity in a 1968 Ambassador?

If your 68 is same as my 69 it's small. Once you pull the belly pan there is room for a much larger tank. I put a 27 gal black tank in mine. Just make sure u pull it dry. Many folks believe having the weight in the holding tank can lead to rear end separation.

Not being familiar with your specific trailer. Is your current BW tank above or below the floor? If it is above, it will be in the 12 gallon range.
Just out of curiosity. Why the need for such a large BW tank? I would think that installing a larger Grey Water tank would be the ticket, since showers, dishes and so forth require much more water.

The 69 ambassador came with just one tank, and it was in pretty bad shape. I had the space under the floor so I figured better to have more volume than less. 30 gal fresh water, 27 gal black and grey. Less likely to overflow a tank...
