1970 Ambassador
I'm looking for others that have a 1970 Ambassador to share information with. I love mine but I still have some questions.

Hello Curtis,
mine is a 72, but I am sure they share a good bit of the same mechanicals/layout. I am still learning as well, as i just bought mine in August, but perhaps there is something I have learned from these fine folks. I'll be glad and pass it on.

considerable changes
Funny how we all expect that most Airstreams are the same. I too an new to the Airstream thing but as I visit other Airstreams at Rallies, I find that they actually change considerably inside.
The wood is almost always different, bed arrangements, Guacho arrangements, which side of the trailler the reefer is on, what size the reefer is, countertop matials, It continues to amaze me.
One thing I have found to be consistant is the that they all use MOEN faucets.

I have an 1968 Ambassador, that's close! I've had a lot of trouble finding parts to repair it. But it's really worth it. I love this trailer!

Do you mean "kitchen" only, or "kitchen & bath" ?
Our 1971 TW faucet in the bathroom is not Moen.
One other thing they MAY have in commun: Magic Chef.

1970 Ambassador
It seems that work is keeping me from this forum, however I would love to chat with folks about some of the "quirks" of my trailer. I am getting ready to polish this bad boy, and would love advice on what compounds to use. I own a Cyclo Buffer.
Thanks,
Curtis
