I live in Arcata, the town where this trailer is located. There has been one matching it's description sitting in a marshy storage lot a quarter mile from a tidal bay for several years with broken out windows. We have cool and damp weather year round with a rainy season (about 40") from Sept. to May. If this is the same trailer I can't imagine it being worth anything near what he's asking. I'd take a picture and post it but the trailer left the lot over a month ago. Maybe he's cleaning it up. Jamie
