Be looking soon for some great deals on slightly used Airstreams from Texas!

Probably not a lot of slightly used ones coming out of this storm. Most of the dealers have only 3-4 units on thier lots and the three DFW locations seemed to be mostly in the corridors between the supercells... but you never know.. if you see an AS headed up I35 that looks alot like a golf ball, it may indeed have come from around here

Somehow I'm thinking a hail-dimpled new one is still going to have a price tag that would choke THIS old mule. Esp. if the savings includes a salvage title.

Yes....let's hope all our streamers from that area check in to tell us they're okay.

We just had heavy rain and moderate lightning (just west of the Botanic Gardens) and didn't even have a power failure. I didn't have an excuse to interrupt my workday.

I went last night down to the storage facility and verified that the Argosy is fine as well. It's covered but not enclosed, so flying debris or horizontal hail could conceivably be a problem.

Todays Update

From NBCDFW.com : DFW Twisters Register as EF-2s, EF-3s | NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

All of us here made it through, lots of cleanup and rebuilding to do though.
