Understanding trailer weights

If a trailer has a GVWR of 8880 lbs
Unit base weight (batteries and lp gas) of 6382 lbs
And the NCC is 2418 lbs

Is the NCC include the weight of full tanks (fresh water, grey, and black) plus personal stuff?

Thank you for helping me understand

Yes, the weight of the fluids is part of the ncc. My 1986 has over a ton of ncc. I've never come close to using it all.

yes

An AS generally has full propane tanks, batteries and standard features in the base weight. Options like solar, tank fluids, gear, tools and similar customer additions are not included in the base weight.

The gross weight of the coach generally but not always matches the axle ratings. Given unequal gear loading, you may exceed the max weight capacity of a given axle or tire. So actual NCC may be less than calculated vas you indicate.

Hope that helps. Pat

Thanks, since we try not to have full tanks empty the grey, black and have about a 1/4 full of fresh.
