Rain-X on Inside of Windows
I live in the High Desert of CA, so it gets really hot in the summer.
Last weekend we went to Camp Pendleton, CA in our 27' FC, FBQ. All windows were stuck.
As directed at the dealer, used a credit card to separate windows from gasket.
All worked OK. The next day, all windows were stuck again.
So, I checked Airstream webpage, found this product 303 (30308) UV Protectant Spray and ordered it.
Has anyone tried Rain-X on inside of windows to prevent glass from sticking to gasket?

No, I use dielectric grease, lasts a long time, recommended for car weather seals.

Exactly, I use it on my Vette for the removable roof line and Camaro for the t-tops......prevents leaks and allows for easy separation.

303 works for a while for me. But if the windows stay shut for a few weeks, they stick. I keep a plastic putty knife hanging in the key holder so it’s always available

Ever hear of a "bone tool"? Me neither until it was recommended exactly for that job and many others.

I'm cautious with Rain-X. My motorcycle riding buddy put it on his Lexan windshield and it turned splotchy. If the windows are glass, it's okay, but careful with plastics.

I use a Bone Tool, recommended by Vinnie Lamica at Vinnie's Northbay Airstream Repair.

I spray dry silicone on the rubber before I take off on every trip. I usually have to do it prior to each trip, but seldom have a problem for the stretch of the trip. 303 works great also.

+1 on credit cards/bone tool and 303. I also scrub the glass edges yearly to remove the layer of dirt that the rubber can stick to.

Try this link https://seeyoudowntheroad.com/pages/window-poppers
They work great. Mine all needed a little hacksaw work because they were too long, but the installation wasn't complicated.

303 Protectant comes in a lightweight plastic canister of towelettes which are easy to use, easy to stow, can't tip over and spill liquid, and so forth. No over-spray onto windows or aluminum. They also work well on the awning support arms and other mechanical things . . again with no over-spray etc..
The windows' rubber gaskets don't stay as sticky after a couple of years, so one application of the 303 lasts for the season IMO.

Rain-X on Inside of Windows
That’s what I did.
And the window just aft of my suicide door does not get one, as a precaution in case I forget. That window never gets opened.
303 protectant on all other very clean glass and seals to keep it from getting too stuck.

Two words, Olive Oil (my dealer suggested it and it works.)
