Most of us have 12V porch lights.

Nope. Mine are 115v and appliance bulbs are the fit. The fact that the base looks like an 1157 12v bulb is confusing, I know. Ask me about the story on how I discovered that the old Airstreams used the 115 instead of 12v.

I think it will probably use the same type bulb in the other 12v lights in the trailer. probably 1141
