Today is catch up day for blogging. We enjoyed the campground we were at yesterday but all of the warnings of fellow forum members came to fruition when it came to the internet. We gave up trying.

This morning we got up with plans to head straight to Golden, which is outside of Denver. We had a scheduling SNAFU and didn't have time to really do anything in Colorado Springs except plan to return.

The day started by waking up at 7 a.m. Texas time, which was 6 a.m....

Yesterday we made it to Colorado Springs, Colorado with ease. We were pleased to see that the F150 towed the trailer easily in the less than flat terrain encountered so far. I say it this way in case people who really drive in mountains are reading this. This is different driving to us flatlanders in Texas.

On the way we had several Airstream sightings. I didn't get good descriptions of any of them. I'm working on that. So, here is my report, such as it is. On 7/10 There was...
