Caravel 16RB post-winter water heater issue

Headed out in May across the western US

BTW we may get to Utah who knows we don't have a return flight.

27' Flying Cloud Rub Rail loose.

The heads of the screws popped off and the Rub Rail is pulling away from the body. Wondering if this indicates problems elsewhere?

The end of the Rub Rail by the wheel well came lose before so I removed the old screws and replaced with Pop Rivets and reinstalled the Chrome over-trim. That part is good but now it separated further forward.
