This trailer has not been used for over 2 years. Last Saturday, I put water in fresh water tank, turned on propane and checked operation of a/c's, hot water heater, water pump, toilet, fridge, tv's, cook top and anything else I could think of. All worked properly. I'm confident to turn over to new owner. Never thought we would sell Airstream, but health issues require me to stay close to doctors.
